With over 25 years of experience, Typhanie Monique is an international performing and recording artist in contemporary genres, specializing in improvisation. Typhanie currently serves as an Associate Professor of Popular Music, Voice at Arizona State University and has shared her talent and wisdom with Chicago’s finest academic institutions including Columbia College Chicago, DePaul University, Northwestern University and The Old Town School of Folk Music.
Certified in Vocology and Voice Science, University of Utah, National Center for Voice & Speech, Somatic Voicework Level I, II and has a MA in Vocal Pedagogy and a BM in Music Business.
